Overview

Are you a people person with a knack for building connections and closing deals, but are tired of the same old retail grind? Auto Land is looking for a motivated, high-energy Sales Consultant to join our team in Accident. Previous car sales experience is NOT required; we provide full training for the right candidate!

Candidate Requirements

  • 2-3+ years of Retail, Hospitality, or Customer Service experience.
  • Valid Driver’s License and relatively clean driving record.
  • Must pass a comprehensive background check.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Mastery of Office Tools Like Word, Excel, CRM experience preferred but not required.

Job Duties

  • Lead Management: Actively respond to internet inquiries and phone leads to schedule showroom appointments.

  • Customer Needs Analysis: Conduct interviews with clients to determine their vehicle needs, budget, and lifestyle requirements.

  • Product Demonstration: Conduct professional walk-arounds to explain vehicle features and lead safe, informative test drives.

  • Sales Negotiation: Present pricing and financing options clearly and professionally to reach a mutually beneficial agreement.

  • Delivery Excellence: Ensure the vehicle is detailed and ready for the customer, and provide a final orientation of all vehicle tech and safety features.

  • Post-Sale Follow-Up: Maintain a long-term relationship with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.

MD State Inspector / Service Tech
Full-Time | Hourly + Incentives

Overview

We are seeking a lead-level Maryland State Inspector to oversee vehicle safety compliance and perform mechanical repairs at our Accident, MD location. This dual-role requires both inspection authority and general repair expertise.

Schedule & Hours

  • Shift: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Saturdays: Required work day
  • Flexibility: 5-day work week with one floating day off (Mon–Fri)

Key Qualifications & Requirements

  • Licensure: Current Maryland State Inspection License is required.
  • Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of professional automotive technician experience.
  • Tools: Must possess own professional-grade tools.
  • Legal: Valid Driver’s License with a clean record; must pass background check.
